Business Development Executive- Facilities Management

Job Purpose:

We are seeking for a Business Development Executive for our Facilities Management to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Facilities Management (FM) sector while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on driving sales growth, preparing proposals, and promoting the company’s FM services to achieve revenue and business targets.

Responsibilities:

•* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facilities management and maintenance sectors (hard and soft services).*

•* Generate leads through networking, client visits, cold calls, and industry events.*

•* Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the operations and estimation teams.*

•* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.*

•* Manage the entire business development cycle — from lead generation to contract finalization.*

•* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.*

•* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.*

•* Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.*

•* Represent the company at meetings and presentations.*

Qualifications & Requirements:

•* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.*

•* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Facilities Management or related industries (MEP, construction, maintenance, etc.).*

•* Strong understanding of FM services, including hard and soft services.*

•* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.*

•* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.*

•* UAE driving license.*

Preferred Skills:

•* *Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

•* *Existing network of FM or property management clients.
