● Present the marketplace value proposition (reach, fulfillment model, commissions, and growth support).
● Ensure completion of onboarding requirements including catalog readiness, pricing standards, KYC, and operational setup.
2. Seller Growth & Development
● Manage a portfolio of onboarded sellers for at least three months to stabilize and scale their business before transitioning them to the Account Management team.
● Train and guide sellers on essential e-commerce processes such as catalog creation, product listing standards, pricing setup, inventory management, order fulfillment, and performance tracking.
● Drive assortment expansion, express fulfillment adoption, and competitive pricing.
● Promote participation in marketing and ad programs to improve visibility and sales.
● Identify assortment and pricing gaps to unlock incremental GMV.
3. Operational Coordination
● Collaborate with category, operations, and seller support teams to resolve onboarding, cataloging, or order-related issues promptly.
● Ensure smooth handover of sellers to the Account Management team post the stabilization period.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Seller Acquisition, or Field Sales.
● Background in e-commerce, FMCG, distribution, or retail is an advantage.
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi proficiency is a plus.
● Comfortable working in a field-driven, performance-oriented environment.
What Success Looks Like
● Consistent monthly seller onboarding and activation targets achieved.
● Sellers successfully trained, stabilized, and transitioned to Account Management after a 3-month growth phase.
● Healthy pipeline of sellers across key geographies and categories.
● Strong collaboration and timely issue resolution with internal teams.
