Business Development Executive (Female Preferred) / Senior Customer Service

We are looking for a skilled and experienced female Business Development Executive/Senior Customer Service to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, business growth initiatives, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, effective support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and necessary business documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development.
• 25-35 years of age.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Preferred; European (must speak Russian or German language)
