Business Development Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Executive who is eager to learn and grow in the field of online client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Upwork and other freelancing platforms and a strong interest in building a career in business development and digital sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to identify and bid for projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and similar sites.
  • Assist in writing client proposals and tailoring them to project requirements.
  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand services and create suitable client solutions.
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts through LinkedIn outreach, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  • Help manage project pipelines, follow-ups, and reports.
  • Communicate clearly with clients under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Show a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, or LinkedIn will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
