Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B channels.
  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct demo meetings with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Type:

Full-time | Office-based

Location:

Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Performance Expectation:

  • Minimum 120 minutes of client interaction and 1 demo meeting per day.
  • 4 successful sales per month.
