Job Description – Business Development Executive (HORECA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering partners.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Present products/services and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in hospitality or HORECA sales
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Market research and sales planning abilities
- Goal-driven personality with good presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, ideally in HORECA
