Job Description – Business Development Executive (HORECA)
Industry: Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Present products/services and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in hospitality or HORECA sales
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Market research and sales planning abilities
  • Goal-driven personality with good presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, ideally in HORECA
