About the Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive and dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate is someone who doesn’t wait for directions but takes initiative, builds strong relationships, and ensures results are achieved. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing impactful proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with deliverables and solutions.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and interactions through CRM or other tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
  • 0–1 year of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Kannada and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive personality.
  • A super proactive, self-motivated individual with a “get-things-done” attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver within timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
