Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Sales based at EFU Life Assurance - Karachi Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch, located in Karachi East District. The responsibilities of the Business Development Executive include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong expertise in Business and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and achieve targets consistently
• Prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
