Are you a Digital Sales pro who knows how to sell Content and Influence ?

Al Ramsa Digital Marketing is a specialized agency focusing on one of the most lucrative verticals in the UAE right now: The Automotive Sector . We own and operate high-traffic social media assets (Instagram) dedicated to Chinese automotive brands.

We don't just post pictures; we create high-end video productions, manage viral campaigns, and drive real leads for our clients. We have the Media Assets . We have the Production Team . We need YOU to monetize them.


What You Will Do
  • Sell Digital Solutions: Pitch Influencer Marketing campaigns, Video Production packages, and Social Media Sponsorships to brands.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach Marketing Directors and Brand Managers (B2B Sales) to introduce our agency’s capabilities.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the client's marketing KPIs (Awareness vs. Leads) and structure a tailored content proposal that delivers results.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts and collecting payments.


 Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a "Hunter" from the Digital Agency world.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Social Media Agency, or Media Publisher in the UAE.
  • Industry Knowledge: You understand the digital landscape. You know what "Reach," "Engagement," "Reels," and "Conversion" mean, and you can explain their value to a client.
  • Sales DNA: You are comfortable with cold outreach (LinkedIn, Email, Phone) and face-to-face meetings. You are driven by closing deals and earning commission.
