We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our international client base and contribute to our global success.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and connect with potential international clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Fiverr, GoodFirms, and other platforms.
  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and conversions.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle — from initial contact to closure — and nurture long-term relationships.

Growth & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies for improved results.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and communication logs.
  • Suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance lead conversion, client retention, and business growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in international IT sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, and software development services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience dealing with clients from the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and online lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive team player.
