We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Executive who has a good understanding of IT / Software services and can effectively communicate with clients to generate leads, build relationships, and convert them into business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the IT/Software sector.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services or solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings (online/offline), presentations, and product demos.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM and prepare regular reports on lead status and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development, web solutions, and IT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle client interactions and negotiate deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and online bidding platforms (like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
