We’re looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our expanding IT services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through online and offline channels.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and present suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate deals to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Understanding of IT services — software, web, and mobile app development.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn or Upwork is a plus.
