We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to strengthen our client acquisition and sales efforts within the IT services domain. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their expertise in business development, international client communication, and proposal management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, including Upwork and other marketplaces.
  • Prepare well-structured proposals, presentations, and client-specific documentation.
  • Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chat to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent follow-up support.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor trends to discover new opportunities for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: MBA preferred (Marketing, Finance, or International Business).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Professional Skills: Ability to create structured proposals and professional business correspondence.
  • Work Style: Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn. Able to manage tasks independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
