We are a content creation company specializing in developing high-quality educational, corporate, and digital learning content. Our team collaborates with clients across industries to design impactful eLearning storyboards, instructor-led training content, and other creative educational solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Business Development professionals (Head/Executive) to help expand our client base and strengthen our business relationships in the content development and eLearning industry.
The ideal candidates are self-motivated, persuasive, and have a proven track record in client acquisition or B2B sales within the learning, education, or training domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients across eLearning, education, corporate training, publishing, and EdTech sectors.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, freelance platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and scoping.
  • Present company portfolios and project samples to potential clients.
  • Follow up on proposals, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Track and report weekly BD activities and performance to management.
  • (For BD Head): Set up and manage a BD team, develop business strategies, and monitor performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • BD Head: 3–4 years in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
  • BD Executive: 2–3 years in business development, client acquisition, or sales.

(Preferably in content development / eLearning / training industry)

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of proposal writing, quotation drafting, and project scoping.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet targets.
  • Candidates from metros/cosmopolitan cities preferred.

Remuneration & Incentives

  • BD Head: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (for 3–4 working hours per day)
  • BD Executive: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month (for 3–4 working hours per day)
  • Attractive commission on each project deal generated and successfully closed from your end.
  • Performance-based incentives and long-term collaboration opportunities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹11,276.23 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
