We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer (LinkedIn Expert) to generate and manage B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through strategic LinkedIn outreach and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients on LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver effective pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, tools, and best practices for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development or B2B lead generation.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation, and prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and client acquisition strategies.
