Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building professional relationships, crafting compelling outreach messages, and converting cold leads into qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools

Outbound Outreach: Execute personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up sequences

Email Campaigns: Design and manage cold email campaigns with compelling copy and clear CTAs

Relationship Building: Engage prospects through value-added content, comments, and direct messaging

Profile Optimization: Maintain and enhance company LinkedIn presence to maximize visibility and credibility

Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities

Pipeline Management: Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools

Collaboration: Work with technical teams to understand service offerings and communicate value propositions effectively

Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach metrics, response rates, and conversion statistics
Qualifications
Essential Skills

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or digital marketing

Proven track record of successful LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns

Strong understanding of IT services and software development industry

Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft persuasive messages

Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Technical Knowledge
