Business Development Executive ( LinkedIn Specialist )

Job description:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role primarily involves generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for SaaS-based projects with a strong focus on LinkedIn management solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT/software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for SaaS and LinkedIn management projects.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and professional communication.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends, SaaS products, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within a software house or SaaS-based company.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, outreach strategies, and B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and business research platforms.
