About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive for Local Market to join our IT Staff Augmentation division. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing top-tier IT staffing solutions to clients across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (existing and potential) to understand their IT staffing needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Sales & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand the company’s market presence in the IT staffing domain.
- Requirement Gathering:
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements, timelines, and team structures. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure quick and accurate delivery of candidates.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Prepare and present proposals, handle contract negotiations, and close deals to achieve business goals.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify new areas of growth.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (recruitment, HR, delivery, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–6 years) in IT Staff Augmentation / IT Sales / Recruitment Sales / B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with clients in the US, UK, or APAC markets (if applicable).
- Knowledge of IT domains such as software development, cloud, DevOps, data analytics, cybersecurity, etc.
- Prior experience in a staffing agency or IT consulting firm.
