We are looking for a female Business Development Executive with proven experience in closing sales leads within the UAE business setup industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland company formation and be skilled at converting qualified leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and close incoming sales leads efficiently.
  • Advise clients on suitable options for business setup in Free Zones or Mainland.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation required for company formation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy (Free Zone & Mainland).
  • Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
