We are looking for an in-office Business Development Executive to join our team based in Valencia Town (K1 Block), Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing proposals, and managing client relations for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential and commercial projects.
  • Communicate project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain client records.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Assist in marketing activities and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Must be able to work full-time from the Valencia Town (K1 Block) office.
