We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team supporting the U.S. IT staffing and consulting market . This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in IT sales, staffing, or SaaS , who are confident in managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to pitching and closing .

This is a night shift role aligned with U.S. business hours , focused on engaging commercial clients through outbound outreach, proposal platforms (e.g., Upwork , LinkedIn , Freelancer ), and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Apollo.io , and email campaigns
  • Research and identify business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork , Freelancer , and RFP Sites like bidsync
  • Generate new client opportunities in IT staffing, SaaS, and project-based consulting services
  • Engage key decision-makers (CIOs, VPs, IT Managers, HR Leaders) in North American markets
  • Develop and submit tailored proposals that clearly articulate value propositions
  • Track all outreach and lead activity in CRM systems (HubSpot, RecruitBPM, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Run and optimize email marketing campaigns , including A/B testing and automation tools
  • Participate in account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, leveraging persona-driven messaging and prospect segmentation
  • Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to align talent delivery with client needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or IT staffing sales (U.S. market preferred)
  • Strong background in IT sales and full-cycle staffing
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Instantly, CRM, RecruitBPM ATS
  • Proven track record of cold calling, proposal writing, and lead qualification
  • Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to pitch confidently to C-level executives
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Upwork profile optimization, proposal submission, and winning project strategies
  • Working knowledge of Excel and basic formulas for reporting and tracking performance

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling IT consulting services (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Epic, Infor, AWS, cloud, digital health )
  • Prior experience with U.S., UK, or Australian client markets
  • Knowledge of email domain warming, email reputation management , and digital outreach best practices
  • Ability to analyze outreach performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversion) and iterate on campaigns
  • Exposure to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for enhancing proposal quality and outreach personalization
