About the Role

I-BACUS-TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. This role primarily focuses on software sales, including lead generation, product pitching, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
  • Pitch and present company software products and services to prospective clients (in-person and virtual).
  • Identify client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and support the team with proposals and presentations.
  • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Prior experience in software sales or IT services sales is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of software products, IT services, or digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Basic designing skills (e.g., Canva) – preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, self-driven, and confident in client interactions.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Candidates based in Coimbatore (CBE) are preferred.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
