- Accountable for the sales of ZOHO Software Applications (CRM, Helpdesk, Campaigns, HRMS, ERP).
- Conduct both Online and Face-to-Face Meetings with clients and potential prospects.
- Proficiency in presentation skills is essential for this role. The Business Development Executive must effectively showcase ZOHO Products tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, thereby generating new leads and managing the entire sales lifecycle.
