About Us:-
We are a UK-based property management company specialising in providing high quality accommodation and support services to vulnerable tenants across London. We manage a large portfolio of properties, some owned, others on long leases from landlords, and work closely with councils, support agencies, and partners to ensure safe, compliant and well-managed housing solutions.
We are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to assist with operational growth, landlord relations, data management and the smooth running of our property pipeline.
Role Overview :-
The Business Development Executive will play a role in supporting the business development function, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining strong landlord relationships, analysing property performance data, and assisting with onboarding new properties.
This role requires strong English communication skills, numerical ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of property management processes.
Key Responsibilities :-
Sales & Business Development Support :-
● Assist the Business Development Manager in sourcing new properties suitable for tenants.
● Support landlord onboarding, including document collection, compliance checks and tenancy paperwork.
● Maintain strong relationships with existing landlords and provide updates when required.
● Prepare property proposals, tenancy offers, and rent calculations.
● Conduct market research on rental trends, demand, and potential expansion areas.
Data Analysis & Reporting :-
● Analyse property performance, occupancy levels, rental rates, and arrears reports.
● Prepare weekly and monthly data reports for management.
● Ensure all property and tenant information is accurately maintained in the system.
● Assist with forecasting, revenue tracking and performance dashboards.
Operational & Administrative Support :-
● Provide high-level administrative support to sales and property management teams.
● Draft emails, tenancy agreements, offer letters and landlord correspondence.
● Process documentation for new properties, including HMO Licences, insurance documents, EPCs, gas safety records, etc.
● Support with property inspections scheduling and compliance tracking.
● Handle telephone queries from landlords, agents, and stakeholders professionally.
Customer & Tenant Communication :-
● Respond to enquiries from prospective landlords and partners.
● Communicate clearly regarding rent, terms, compliance requirements, and
onboarding process.
● Liaise with internal teams for tenant placement and move-in coordination.
Key Requirements :-
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present information clearly.
● A strong mathematical and analytical mindset for rent calculations, forecasting , and data reporting.
● High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
● Experience in sales administration, property management, or accounts is highly desirable.
● Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM / databases.
● Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
● Professional, organised, and confident in dealing with landlords and external partners.
Shift Timings :- Mon- Fri 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sat : 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM (Summers)
Mon- Fri 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sat : 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Winters)
Salary :- ₹ 25000 To ₹ 35000 Per Month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
