Business Development Executive (Upwork / Fiverr Bidder)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Freelance Bidder Specialists to join our night-shift team in Karachi. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying and securing projects through online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Bark, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and others.

You will play a critical role in expanding our client portfolio and driving consistent revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional, tailored proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Identify and bid on suitable projects across Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Bark, PeoplePerHour, and other freelance marketplaces.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to clarify project scope and expectations.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Coordinate with internal sales, design, and project teams for timely project delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals for project acquisition and revenue.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Freelance Bidder, Business Development Executive, or Online Sales Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with major freelance platforms: Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Bark, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently during night hours.
