Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive for your software houset. Responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and develop insights that create business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and objectives.
  • Present, promote, and sell services/products to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and expenses.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather leads.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that meet or exceed revenue expectations.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to understand and present complex business solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growth.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry (Softwares, IT based )
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate business development strategies.


Work Environment:

  • This position requires working primarily in-person at the office, with occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
