Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to handle both marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate will promote our services, generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, blogs, and website content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Organize webinars, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and brochures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Business Development: Generate leads and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with growth objectives.
• Track and maintain client interactions and business opportunities in CRM systems.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
• Support strategy development to expand client base and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in IT/data consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Creative, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
