Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long-term business growth strategies

· Identify and secure high-value business opportunities and partnerships

· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide business planning

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

· Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and government bodies

· · Prepare strategic proposals, financial models, and deal structures

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business.

· 5–10+ years of experience in business development.

· Proven track record of securing large deals and exceeding revenue targets

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

· Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects

· Deep understanding of the UAE/GCC market dynamics

· Bilingual (English + Arabic) is a strong advantage
