Job Description: “Business Development Executive/Officer”

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Develop Strategies: Create and implement effective business strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.

• Build Relationships: Foster and develop relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare Proposals: Develop detailed business plans, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.

• Negotiate Contracts: Handle negotiations and close deals in line with company guidelines.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal departments such as marketing and sales to improve strategies and business plans.

• Monitor Market Trends: Keep an eye on competitor activities and provide valuable insights to the management team.

• Follow Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales

  • Other assigned duties will be responsible from his direct manager


Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. (Relevant Professional Certifications will be an added advantage)
  • Experience : Proven work experience ( Minimum 10 Years + )as a Business Development office or in a similar role.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent analytical abilities, and proficiency with business development software and tools
