About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Developer to join our
Embedded Insurance Project team
— a key initiative shaping the future of how insurance integrates seamlessly into everyday customer journeys.
As part of this dynamic project, you will play a central role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across retail, digital, and financial ecosystems. Your focus will be to
drive new business opportunities, lead product and partnership development, and ensure the sustainable growth of our embedded insurance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities
within the embedded insurance ecosystem (retail, fintech, and e-commerce partners).

Lead end-to-end partner engagement processes
— from initial outreach and negotiation to contract execution and performance tracking.

Manage multi-stakeholder
alignment across internal functions (Legal, Marketing, IT, Finance) and external partners (retailers, travellers, technology providers).

Drive the development of new embedded insurance products
by aligning with internal teams and partners on Product design, pricing, campaign structures, and go-to-market readiness to ensure successful and timely launches.

Manage the financial performance of products
by tracking their profibility, value contribution, and alignment with strategic growth targets.

Stay updated on market trends,
competitor movements, and emerging digital business models.
Qualifications

4-6 years of proven experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Strategy within the insurance or Fintech/e-commerce sector.

Strong financial and analytical background with experience in commercial modelling, new product development, P&L Management and strategic partner collaboration.

Good understanding of the Turkish insurance landscape and regulatory environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
