We’re expanding fast — launching a new B2C & B2B Service Department that already has a no-brainer offer… now we just need someone to take it to market and build the system that drives sales across every channel.

We’re looking for a Business Development Expert who can think strategically, execute fast, and take full ownership of driving inbound & outbound sales across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build & lead the full sales ecosystem across Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, SEO Website, and other channels.
  • Develop & execute lead generation systems for both B2B (brand launch services) and B2C (training, mentorship & courses).
  • Test offers, refine messaging, and optimize funnels to convert interest into booked calls and closed deals.
  • Manage CRM, automations, and outreach workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to align sales goals with marketing & content strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance — constantly improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Help close high-ticket deals and train junior reps as the department scales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, agency sales, or lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of digital acquisition through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, SEO, and cold email.
  • Excellent spoken & written English (all internal and client communication is in English).
  • Strategic & structured — you can design, document, and optimize repeatable systems.
  • Confident communicator and natural closer.
  • Strong sense of ownership — you think like a founder, not an employee.
  • (Bonus) Experience in eCommerce, creator marketing, or brand launch services.
