Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development & Field Operations Coordinator to support company growth and ensure seamless communication between leadership, field teams, and community partners. This role combines business development, event coordination, and operational organization to help strengthen Brighter Strides’ presence across multiple states. Travel to conferences, career fairs, and outreach events is required.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new partnerships, referral sources, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate schedules, communication, and logistics for field representatives and outreach staff.
- Track and report performance metrics, event participation, and lead generation.
- Plan and execute conferences, job fairs, and community engagement events.
- Maintain CRM databases, marketing materials, and contact lists.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR to align recruitment and outreach strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership to track progress and impact.
- Represent Brighter Strides at professional and community events as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, field coordination, or marketing operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
