We are looking for a senior business leader to spearhead regional growth, revenue expansion, and strategic market development. This role carries full responsibility for sales performance, P&L ownership, and team leadership, with direct involvement in shaping business strategy alongside the leadership team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project-based B2B sales in the building materials, construction, or infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Drive regional market expansion, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure revenue delivery, payment collections, and disciplined credit management.
  • Build data-driven sales forecasts, market insights, and performance dashboards.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team (currently 6 members).
  • Strengthen brand presence through targeted partnerships, marketing, and industry engagement.
  • Establish structured sales governance through KPIs, MIS, and reporting frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: B.E. Civil / BBA / MBA / M.Tech or equivalent

Experience: 12+ years in B2B project sales within sectors such as Cement, Aggregates, RMC, Industrial Materials, or Infrastructure
