We are looking for a senior business leader to spearhead regional growth, revenue expansion, and strategic market development. This role carries full responsibility for sales performance, P&L ownership, and team leadership, with direct involvement in shaping business strategy alongside the leadership team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Lead project-based B2B sales in the building materials, construction, or infrastructure ecosystem.

Drive regional market expansion, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning.

Ensure revenue delivery, payment collections, and disciplined credit management.

Build data-driven sales forecasts, market insights, and performance dashboards.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team (currently 6 members).

Strengthen brand presence through targeted partnerships, marketing, and industry engagement.

Establish structured sales governance through KPIs, MIS, and reporting frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
B.E. Civil / BBA / MBA /
M.Tech or equivalent
Experience:
12+ years in B2B project sales within sectors such as Cement, Aggregates, RMC, Industrial Materials, or Infrastructure
