We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and revenue. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for self-starters who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings/demos with decision-makers
  • Pitch products/services effectively to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, email communication, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily outreach targets.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn about sales and client relations.
