Business Development Intern

Position Overview
Increase Rev, a leading AdTech company is looking for a Business Development Intern to support business development and digital advertising cycle. This includes assisting in lead generation, client onboarding, ad code implementation, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis. The role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to build their career in digital marketing and advertising technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities.
• Assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups through professional communication channels.
• Draft and refine business proposals, partnership emails, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business development campaigns.
• Support in client communication and engagement activities under team supervision.

Requirements

• Graduate students preferred.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, ad tech, and lead generation.
• High fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
• Must be able to work full-time from 12 PM – 8 PM.

Job Details

• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Type: on-site / full time / entry level
• Stipend: PKR 20,000 – 25,000
• (potential for permanent role after internship)
• Timings: 12 PM – 8 PM (afternoon shift)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
