Bento Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven Business Development Intern to support the growth of PropFlo, our AI-powered CRM tailored for the real estate industry. You will work directly with and be trained by the Co-Founder, gaining hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales, pipeline development, and customer acquisition strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, CRM selling, and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and outreach activities
  • Support sales calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Maintain and update the CRM pipeline accurately
  • Participate in product walkthroughs to understand customer needs and value mapping
  • Prepare sales pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up templates
  • Conduct basic research on potential clients in the real estate ecosystem
  • Help with tracking sales performance metrics and weekly reporting
  • Shadow the Co-Founder during client interactions and learn sales best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • BBA graduates or MBA or PGDM (Marketing / Sales) Only
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in enterprise/B2B sales
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and outreach concepts
  • Tech-savvy mindset comfortable learning CRM tools

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
