Job Description:

As Business Development Lead at 10X Digital, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales for our digital marketing services. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored marketing strategies that can help them achieve their goals. If you're passionate about digital marketing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a strong track record in sales, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Present 10X Digital's range of services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Design & Development, Social Media Management) in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and offer customized solutions to help them grow their online presence.
  • Close Sales: Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring targets and KPIs are met consistently.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work with the digital marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery post-sale.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
  • Proven Ability to Sell digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), web design, and social media management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients and develop long-term relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
