About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development & LinkedIn Outreach Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support lead generation efforts, build connections through LinkedIn, and help identify potential business opportunities. This role provides hands-on experience in B2B communication, client outreach, and strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business leads on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Send professional connection requests, follow-up messages, and maintain communication with prospects.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing the company’s LinkedIn page and online presence.
  • Support in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and track outreach progress using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and best practices for lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (students in their final semester may apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for research and professional networking.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn business development processes.
