中文版一、岗位职责

• 负责拜访并洽谈各大公司、园区、机构，推动中医义诊活动的合作与落地；
• 与健身房、瑜伽馆、私人教练团队建立合作关系，推广职业病预防及调理项目；
• 协助义诊活动的现场执行，包括布展、接待、客户登记等；
• 维护企业客户关系，形成长期合作机制；
• 收集市场反馈与行业动态，为诊所市场决策提供数据支持。

二、任职要求

• 学历：本科及以上，市场营销、健康管理、公共关系类专业优先；
• 语言：中文流利，会英文或阿语者优先；
• 驾照：拥有有效驾驶执照者优先；
• 经验：具备企业BD、地推、渠道拓展、活动合作经验优先，有企业HR资源或健身行业资源者更佳。

三、能力要求

• 优秀的沟通谈判能力与人际交往技巧；
• 强执行力与目标导向思维；
• 有活动组织经验者优先；
• 抗压能力强，乐于外出拜访与客户交流；
• 对健康产业或中医养生有兴趣。

• 底薪 + 签约奖励 + 业绩提成

1. Position Overview

Title: Business Development Manager (BD Manager)

Location: Dubai

Department: Business Development & Partnerships

2. Key Responsibilities

• Visit and negotiate with major companies, business parks, and organizations to launch Corporate Free Health Check (TCM Wellness) Programs;
• Build partnerships with gyms, yoga studios, and personal trainer groups for occupational health collaboration;
• Assist in the on-site execution of wellness events, including setup, reception, and customer registration;
• Maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and fitness partners;
• Gather market insights and provide feedback to improve business strategy.

3. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Health Management, or Public Relations preferred;
• Language: Fluent in Chinese; English or Arabic proficiency is a plus;
• Driver’s License: Preferred;
• Experience: Prior experience in BD, corporate partnerships, event collaboration, or gym industry is highly valued.

• Experience in event coordination or channel development preferred;

6. Compensation & Growth

• Base salary + Partnership bonus + Performance commission

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
