A rapidly expanding corporate training and development provider is seeking a Business Development & Sales Closer with strong commercial acumen, fluent English communication skills, and exceptional presentation.
The role focuses purely on winning new business, building strategic relationships, and representing the company as a professional ambassador in front of corporate and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain a professional network of decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct meetings and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Customize solutions to align with clients’ learning and development priorities.
  • Keep a structured sales pipeline and reporting system updated at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within training, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven record of closing large corporate or government contracts.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills; highly confident and well-presented.
  • Independent, target-driven, and results-focused professional.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
