Position: Business Development Manager (Industrial Sales & Marketing)
Experience: 8–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end industrial sales, from market research to closing deals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth.
  • Prepare business plans, reports, and sales projections.

Requirements:

  • Must own a bike (Travel reimbursement provided).
  • Strong B2B sales experience in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English & Kannada ( Must) ,other local languages will be an added advantage to your profile

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
