This role focuses on CloudBlue, a HostPapa business that powers cloud commerce for many of the world’s largest service providers, including major Telcos, distributors, and MSPs. CloudBlue enables partners to monetize and manage cloud services and subscriptions at scale, combining the agility of a high-growth business with the backing of a global organization.

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive digital transformation across the Cloud, SaaS, and B2B commerce landscape. In this role, you’ll help expand the reach of our enterprise cloud automation platform, a powerful solution that enables large service providers and distributors to automate, scale, and manage their cloud services and offerings.

You will build high-value partnerships and lead large-scale enterprise deals that help organizations modernize their go-to-market strategies and accelerate growth. You should bring a consultative sales approach, a strong understanding of the regional ICT and Telco ecosystem, and the ability to engage with C-level executives to deliver meaningful business outcomes confidently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead new business development across large enterprise and multi-tiered organizations, identifying, presenting, and closing new opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term executive relationships based on trust, credibility, and strategic value
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans, from target mapping to deal strategy, managing enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
  • Drive large-scale software sales involving multiple stakeholders and complex negotiations
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through structured account planning and consistent follow-up
  • Partner with global teams to align sales, product, and delivery priorities
  • Use strong communication and negotiation skills to overcome challenges and close impactful deals
  • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales or business development with large, strategic enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of closing high-value software deals
  • Strong background in Cloud or SaaS, ideally with experience selling to telecommunications companies, managed service providers, or distributors
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder with executive presence and confident presentation abilities
  • Strategic and analytical, with a consultative approach to addressing business challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics across the Middle East, including the Telco and ICT industries
  • Fluent in English and open to regional travel as needed
