  • Develop and execute business growth strategies aimed at increasing financial performance, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging fitness trends, potential clients, and new regional markets for gym equipment and related solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, fitness studios, hotels, corporate wellness centers, and distributors to promote the company’s equipment and services.
  • Arrange and lead business meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients to present tailored solutions based on their facility needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales, revenue, invoices, quotations, and client communications to support transparent reporting and forecasting.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals for new business initiatives and equipment solutions to management and clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, partnerships, and collaborations to drive sales growth and brand positioning.
  • Represent the company at fitness expos, trade shows, and industry conferences, leveraging these platforms for branding, networking, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with event organizers to secure prime visibility and maximize promotional opportunities for the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business strategy teams to create impactful campaigns and action plans that align with company goals.
  • Analyze market competition, customer feedback, and equipment performance to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to expansion initiatives, exploring new product lines and regional opportunities in the fitness industry.
  • Support HR activities, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring, to ensure the development of a skilled and motivated sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
