Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving digital sales growth, managing lead conversions, and expanding Med Exam Expert’s market presence across international regions. This role demands a data-driven, results-oriented professional with proven expertise in online sales and business growth within the EdTech or healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Enrollments & Revenue: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrollments across multiple global markets through effective digital sales strategies.
  • Manage Digital Sales Funnel: Handle the entire sales process — from lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up to closing — ensuring timely communication and strong conversion rates.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Identify new market opportunities, propose promotional offers, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize reach and revenue in the EdTech sector.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, optimize lead quality, and create region-specific promotional initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with students, institutions, and partners, ensuring excellent pre- and post-enrollment support for long-term engagement.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and share insights for continuous sales improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital or online sales (EdTech, healthcare, or B2C).
  • Strong command of CRM tools, digital funnels, and data-driven selling.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work under targets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using business intelligence tools


Important Note:

  • Only serious candidates with genuine digital sales experience will be considered.
  • Applicants from real estate or unrelated sales backgrounds are not eligible for this position.
