Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in auditing or accounting firms to lead our client acquisition and revenue-growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting, auditing, and financial consultancy services, combined with proven skills in business networking, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development, client relations, or sales role within an auditing or accounting firm in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
