Skyridge is a U.S.–based Medical billing firm that partners with hospitals, clinics, and medical networks across the United States to deliver top-tier healthcare medical billing. With headquarters in Florida and operations in Lahore, we’re expanding our international business development team to accelerate growth in our client network.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow our client base within the U.S. healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all stages of the sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calling to deal negotiation and closing—and a proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

This is a performance-driven role that rewards initiative and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to strengthen partnerships and identify new needs.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages and emerging opportunities.
  • Track key sales metrics and prepare progress reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. Talent Base team to align business strategy and client objectives.

Qualifications"

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in healthcare, recruitment, or BPO industry strongly preferred).
  • Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate U.S. time zones is an advantage.
