Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships: You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling: Using your proactive approach, you will connect with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and leads, to initiate conversations and identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule: You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets, utilizing your strategic thinking and sales skills to drive results and contribute to the company's growth.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments: Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to sales, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction: Addressing customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally is vital. You will be responsible for managing and resolving any problems or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage your daily work using CRM software: Efficiently organize and track your sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and effective pipeline management.
Key Requirements
- Strong Business Development Skills: Proven experience in generating new business and expanding customer base through effective sales strategies.
- Market Analysis and Research Abilities: Analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Relationship Building and Networking: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish long-term relationships, and network effectively.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Preferable if Familiar with local language and local market into PR Industry.
