Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in line with company goals.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

 Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

 Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.

 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.

 Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

 Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
