Position Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving firm growth by cultivating partnerships, scheduling brokerage presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a primarily remote position with flexibility to travel across Florida for meetings, networking events, and trainings. Competitive base salary with substantial bonus potential based on performance and closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, lenders and industry partners.
  • Schedule presentations, trainings, and networking events with brokerages.
  • Represent the firm professionally at industry events, association meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to execute regional growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and deal activity in CRM.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
