. Broker Network Expansion

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new brokerage partners in key local and international markets.
  • Develop partnership strategies to enhance market penetration and sales performance.

2. Activation & Engagement

  • Plan and execute broker events, meetings, training sessions, and roadshows to increase engagement and sales productivity.
  • Drive awareness and motivation among broker partners through continuous communication and support.

3. Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyses broker performance metrics.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor activity and sales contribution.
  • Design and implement structured broker incentive programs.

4. Communication & Support

  • Act as the primary liaison between brokers and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Finance).
  • Ensure timely communication of inventory, pricing, and promotional updates to partners.

5. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline partner communication, payout processes, and performance reporting.

6. Digital Enablement

  • Promote adoption of broker portals, CRM systems, and digital tools for deal submissions, inventory management, and lead tracking.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all broker registrations, NDAs, and agreements are up-to-date and accurately documented.
